In December 2004, the Partnership Alliance announced plans for the redevelopment of the city center. Enthusiasm in the community ignited strong support for the revitalization of a downtown center that, as increased demand for office and retail space escalates, was on the cusp of transforming from a slightly rural ambience in the ‘90s to a more energetic, dynamic core for the thriving businesses at the heart of our city.
